This notice explains what personal information Roster Assist collects when you join the Founding Community waitlist, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It covers the pre-launch website only. We will publish a fuller notice covering the product before launch.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. We also record the page you submitted from and the date and time, so we can show that your consent was given and in what context.

We do not ask for your name, and the pre-launch site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you Roster Assist launch and product-update emails. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form with the consent wording shown beside it.

We will not use your address for any other purpose, and we will not send you unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

We use HubSpot to store waitlist contacts and send these emails. HubSpot acts as our data processor and stores this data in the European Union. HubSpot's own privacy information is at hubspot.com/data-privacy.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, or until Roster Assist launches and we move you to the product's own communications with a fresh notice — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from the active list promptly and retain only what we need to record that you opted out.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time — every email carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough;
• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
• lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

International transfers

Your data is stored in the European Union by HubSpot, our processor. We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK or EU. If this changes in future, we will update this notice and ensure any transfer is protected by an appropriate safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle waitlist data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your email will be notified to you directly.
