These terms govern your use of the pre-launch Roster Assist website and the Founding Community waitlist. They cover this website only. Roster Assist itself — the platform, accounts and records — is not yet open, and will have its own terms of service published before launch.

What this website is

This is a pre-launch site. It describes what Roster Assist is intended to be and lets you join a waitlist to hear when it opens. It does not provide the service itself, and there is nothing here to register for, subscribe to or buy.

Because the product is still being built, anything described here is a statement of current intent rather than a promise. Features, timing and pricing may change, and some things described may not ship at all.

Joining the waitlist

Joining means giving us an email address so we can tell you about launch and product updates. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. How we handle that address is set out in our Privacy Notice.

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reserve a place, guarantee access when we open, or entitle you to any particular price or terms.

Please give an address you are entitled to use. Do not sign up anyone else.

Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully and leave it working for everyone else. In particular, do not:

• submit false, automated or bulk waitlist entries, or anyone else's details;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by scraping it in a way that degrades it for others;
• use the site to send anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading.

Our content

The text, design, logos and imagery on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, share and link to the site. You may not copy or reuse its content for your own commercial purposes without our permission.

"Roster Assist" and the Roster Assist mark are ours. Any other names or marks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Availability

We make this site available free of charge and may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may take it down without notice.

Our responsibility to you

We provide this site's information in good faith, but it is general information about a product under development, not advice you should act on. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
